description | This article is a contribution that aims to shed light on the impact of the pandemic on educational processes based on information gathered from teachers and school administrators. It aims to identify the main challenges to be faced by the Educational System, public policies and the actors of the educational community in the post-pandemic scenario. To this end, we will describe the findings obtained from the processing of data collected from the ENCP from secondary school teachers and managers, which will allow us to understand the role played by the adoption of technology in the reconfiguration and organization of educational processes, as well as to identify disruptions and continuities. At the same time, it is proposed to review what has happened in the accrediting instances in view of the results of the national educational evaluation operations Aprender 2022 and 2023. In this sense, the dimensions taken into account in the analysis were the following: communication with students and their families, training and competences of teachers in the use of ICTs, material conditions of teachers and students (technological devices and internet connection), accreditation evaluation and maintenance of the pedagogical link.

El presente artículo constituye un aporte que pretende echar luz sobre el impacto de la pandemia en los procesos educativos, a partir de la información relevada a docentes y directivos. Se propone identificar los principales desafíos que deben enfrentar el Sistema Educativo, las políticas públicas y los actores de la comunidad educativa ante el escenario pospandemia. Para ello, se describirán los hallazgos alcanzados a partir del procesamiento de datos relevados de la ENCP a Directivos y Docentes de nivel secundario, lo que permitirá comprender el papel que jugó la adopción de la tecnología en la reconfiguración y organización de los procesos educativos; así como identificar disrupciones y continuidades. Al mismo tiempo, se propone revisar lo ocurrido en las instancias acreditadoras en vista de los resultados de los operativos nacionales de evaluación educativa Aprender 2022 y 2023. En tal sentido, las dimensiones que se tuvieron en cuenta en el análisis fueron las siguientes: comunicación con los estudiantes y sus familias, capacitación y competencias de los profesores en el uso de las TICs, condiciones materiales de los profesores y estudiantes (dispositivos tecnológicos y conexión a Internet), evaluación acreditadora y sostenimiento del vínculo pedagógico. Este artigo é uma contribuição que visa lançar luz sobre o impacto da pandemia nos processos educativos a partir da informação recolhida junto de professores e gestores. Pretende identificar os principais desafios que se colocam ao sistema educativo, às políticas públicas e aos actores da comunidade educativa no cenário pós-pandémico. Para o efeito, descreveremos os resultados obtidos a partir do tratamento dos dados recolhidos no ENCP junto de professores e gestores do ensino secundário, que nos permitirão compreender o papel desempenhado pela adoção de tecnologias na reconfiguração e organização dos processos educativos, bem como identificar rupturas e continuidades. Paralelamente, propõe-se analisar o que se passou nas entidades acreditadoras face aos resultados das operações de avaliação educativa nacional Aprender 2022 e 2023. Neste sentido, as dimensões tidas em conta na análise foram as seguintes: comunicação com os alunos e suas famílias, formação de professores e competências no uso das TIC, condições materiais de professores e alunos (dispositivos tecnológicos e ligação à internet), avaliação da acreditação e manutenção do vínculo pedagógico.
