description | In the present article, we describe the development a project that was carried out in a Provincial Institute of Technical Education (IPET) of the city of Córdoba, Argentina, which aimed at addressing the problem of school coexistence and inclusion in a context of political and institutional expansion of the right to education, reconfiguration of intergenerational relationships, and the right to an equal inclusion of differences. The proposal consisted in a university outreach project carried out from March to November of 2016, whose objective was to promote the socio-educational inclusion of young people and to re-elaborate strategies and projects with educators to strengthen their educational careers. The target population were two groups of first-year students, who attended morning classes, and one group of second-year students, who attended classes in the afternoon. To this end, participatory action research was incorporated as a coadjutant strategy to create activities that implied active participation at school and in the process of promoting coexistence, generating meeting spaces with adults. In order to do this, following a collaborative psychosocial approach, we carried out workshops to identify and address problems from a youth perspective. |

En la presente comunicación, se realizará un desarrollo acerca del proceso que se llevó a cabo en un Instituto Provincial de Enseñanza Técnica (IPET) de la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina que se orientó a abordar la problemática de la convivencia e inclusión escolar en un escenario político-institucional de ampliación del derecho a la educación, de reconfiguración de las relaciones intergeneracionales y del derecho a una inclusión igualitaria de las diferencias. Esta propuesta consistió en un proyecto de extensión universitaria, realizado durante los meses de marzo a noviembre del año 2016, que buscó promover la inclusión socioeducativa de jóvenes y reelaborar conjuntamente con educadores estrategias y proyectos para fortalecer sus trayectorias educativas. Los destinatarios de la intervención fueron alumnos de dos cursos de primer año del turno mañana, y alumnos de segundo año del turno tarde. Para ello, se incorporó la investigación-acción participativa como estrategia coadyuvante para construir actividades que implicaron una participación protagónica en la escuela y en la promoción de la convivencia, generando espacios de encuentro con adultos. Con este fin, desde un enfoque psicosocial colaborativo, se trabajó con el dispositivo taller para identificar y abordar problemáticas desde la perspectiva juvenil.
