“…Tito Kesman was born on 7 March 1941 in Corzuela, Province of Chaco, an agricultural colony made up of Yugoslav, Polish and Bulgarian migrants.He graduated as Public Accountant (1964), Lic. in Economic Sciences (1968) and finally Dr. in Economic Sciences (1970), at the National University of Cordoba (UNC).
