Database of organic residue analysis publications in Latin American archaeology

This database is an exhaustive survey of 140 publications in scientific journals, book chapters, conference proceedings, and theses that have employed Organic Residue Analysis in Latin American Archaeology. We compile data on the publication date, the geographical distribution of publications by sample origin, the geographical flow between countries of sample origin and ORA destination, the analytical techniques, Analytes/ Organic compounds/ Biomarkers, the archaeological matrices, the archaeological topic, type of publication, abstract and DOI/URL. It was created as Supplementary data for a manuscript currently under revision in Archaeometry.
