description | Through this article, we want to share the experiences that have arisen from the Experiential Education Extension Practices (PEEE) within the Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition of the Faculty of Biochemistry and Biological Sciences of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (FBCB-UNL) between the years 2017 to 2019 inclusive. The experiences shared by teachers and students, who have participated in these practices, are contemplated, taking into account the role played by each of these actors within each project. From their stories, it was possible to infer about the different perspectives they have, when providing a look at extension practices according to their experience, participation, learning and tensions. An interpretive investigation was carried out, with qualitative methodology, where 6 semi-structured interviews of key informants were recovered. The selection of these was based on the search for diverse opinions and points of view based on the different experiences. Outstanding aspects emerged from their words, which made it possible to reflect on the learning and traces that these practices have left on the participating students. They highlight the approach to the chosen career, the professional future, the connection with the community, teamwork and
interdisciplinary work, and enrichment on a personal and professional level accompanied by a consolidation of previous knowledge and the generation of new ones from that encounter. with the social actor.
The teachers interviewed agree that, both in the present and in the future, it is necessary to work together with the different university and non-university actors, exchanging knowledge within the institution and also outside it, making alliances and working together. They maintain that this is how significant learning can be obtained.

A través de este artículo, queremos compartir las experiencias que han surgido en el marco de las Prácticas de Extensión de Educación Experiencial (PEEE) en el interior de la carrera de licenciatura en Nutrición de la Facultad de Bioquímica y Ciencias Biológicas de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral (FBCB, UNL) entre los años 2017 a 2019 inclusive. Se contemplan las experiencias que compartieron docentes y estudiantes que han participado en dichas prácticas y se tiene en cuenta el rol que cumple cada uno de estos actores dentro de los proyectos. A partir de sus relatos, se pudieron inferir las distintas perspectivas que toman al momento de brindar una mirada sobre las prácticas de extensión conforme a su experiencia, participación, aprendizajes y tensiones. Se realizó una investigación interpretativa, con metodología cualitativa, donde se recuperaron seis entrevistas semiestructuradas de informantes claves. La selección se basó en la búsqueda de diversas opiniones y puntos de vista a partir de las distintas experiencias transitadas. De sus palabras emergieron aspectos sobresalientes, lo que hizo posible reflexionar acerca de los aprendizajes y huellas que han dejado estas prácticas en las estudiantes participantes. Ellas destacan el acercamiento a la carrera elegida y al futuro profesional, la vinculación con la comunidad, el trabajo en equipo e interdisciplinario y el enriquecimiento a nivel personal y profesional acompañados de un afianzamiento de conocimientos previos y generación de nuevos a partir de ese encuentro con el actor social. Las docentes entrevistadas están de acuerdo con que, tanto en el presente como en el futuro, es necesario trabajar en conjunto con los distintos actores universitarios y no universitarios, intercambiar conocimientos dentro y fuera de la institución y hacer alianzas. Sostienen que es de esta forma como se puede obtener un aprendizaje significativo. Com este artigo, queremos compartilhar as experiências que surgiram no âmbito das Práticas de Extensão de Educação Experiencial (PEEE) dentro do Bacharelado em Nutrição da Faculdade de Bioquímica e Ciências Biológicas da Universidade Nacional do Litoral (FBCB, UNL) entre 2017 e 2019, inclusive. As experiências compartilhadas por professores e alunos que participaram desses estágios são consideradas e o papel de cada um desses atores dentro dos projetos é levado em conta. A partir de seus relatos, foi possível inferir as diferentes perspectivas que eles adotam ao fornecer uma visão sobre as práticas de extensão de acordo com sua experiência, participação, aprendizado e tensões. Foi realizada uma pesquisa interpretativa, usando metodologia qualitativa, na qual foram coletadas seis entrevistas semiestruturadas com informantes-chave. A seleção baseou-se na busca de opiniões e pontos de vista diversos a partir das diferentes experiências. Aspectos marcantes emergiram de suas falas, o que possibilitou a reflexão sobre o aprendizado e as marcas que essas práticas deixaram nos alunos participantes. Eles enfatizam a abordagem da carreira escolhida e do futuro profissional, o vínculo com a comunidade, o trabalho em equipe e o trabalho interdisciplinar, e o enriquecimento pessoal e profissional acompanhado do fortalecimento do conhecimento anterior e da geração de novos conhecimentos a partir desse encontro com o ator social.Os professores entrevistados concordam que, tanto no presente quanto no futuro, é necessário trabalhar em conjunto com os diferentes atores universitários e não universitários, trocar conhecimentos dentro e fora da instituição e formar alianças.
