amplia visibilidad y garantiza el acceso al patrimonio documental de la Universidad.
Se encuentra disponible para toda la comunidad académica: estudiantes, docentes,

The following article synthesizes an experience of extension workers participating in Extension Practices in Experiential Education (PEEE), carried out in two sports clubs in Santa Fe.
They were developed during the years 2020-2021, being able to adapt to the existing reality (pandemic). Participatory workshops were developed, attending to the comprehensive training of adolescent athletes and an interdisciplinary Sports Nutritional Guide was developed.
Through different methodological resources, the voices of the extensionist participants were revealed; professionals from academia and the field where the proposal was developed.
The extension workers appreciated not only what was learned at the university, but also what was experienced in the sports context, incorporating knowledge related to nutrition and the discipline itself. Regarding the adolescent population, they were able to adapt the information received to the pre-existing content, resulting in a transforming educational process for university students as well as for young soccer players, where everyone could learn and teach.
This work is the origin of future proposals to continue challenging the role of the Bachelor of Nutrition, and getting involved in the Extension-Teaching-Research triad in non-formal settings.
