Description
Summary:The present work describes and analyzes the dialogical experiences carried out by the team of the Outreach Program for New Child-Youth Subjectivities in techno-cultural contexts through the Guidance Service on Healthy Upbringing (Servicio de Orientación en Crianzas Saludables, SOCS) in two stages: during the year 2019 and during the quarantine. The main objective was to gather information about the needs, requirements and demands of the service users, by means of the creation of  settings of encounter  and co-construction of knowledge. Methodologically speaking, we use the workshops (face-to-face and virtual) for group meetings between different actors, whether university or non—university actors. As to the results, we can mention the enrichment of the team in multiple types of learning about the possibilities inherent to university outreach, the identification of the current needs in childhood and the main concerns of families experiencing the crisis of postmodern culture that makes many parents have a hard time at telling what is best for their children, and the identification of the absence of a transfer chain between the generations that preceded them in the performance of their roles as parents, particularly in everything that involves the articulation between the caring and control function.
