Description
Summary:The objective of the paper is to analyze the diverse readings on the role and performance of the industrial sector during the post-convertibility stage (2002-2015) in the specialized literature. For this purpose, it was necessary, in the first instance, to systematize the different academic papers that addressed the subject, privileging those that were written during the end of the period or once it has finished, because it is understood that they were able to perform a better analysis of the stage. Then, these investigations were grouped according to the coincidences of their arguments, taking into account, in addition, their inscription to a certain school of thought, their institutional belonging and the relation of their interpretation with their analysis of the Argentine economy as a whole. In this way, five different perspectives on the subject were formed. Finally, at the end of the article, some reflections are made and new questions are posed, based on the comparison of the arguments presented.
