Sarah Simpson

Sarah Simpson ( – December 27, 1739) was a widow executed by hanging for the murder of her child in the Province of New Hampshire. She was one of the first two people to be executed in the history of the namesake state. She was executed with Penelope Kenny, who was also convicted of killing her child. Provided by Wikipedia
