Víctor Flores Olea

Víctor Flores Olea (24 August 1932 – 22 November 2020) was a Mexican academic, writer, photographer, and diplomat. He held positions at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and in the federal government, and he represented his country as ambasador to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and as permanent representative to the United Nations.
