“…AbstractTo think by the normative beginning, from his ontological meanings up to his current models of application, concerning the subject matter of the development and the culture, it re-dresses the importance of considering the elaborated thing specifically for the United Nations and his member states.In turn, how these models or if recipes of the culture are wanted as value and use they move to Latin-American contexts, where his States plan the culture from a criterion of development that considers her to be alone as a space of reutilization and readaptation it continues, concerning his monumentalidad and corporeidad.In case of Argentina, punctually in the province of Cordova, the above mentioned criterion observes in the last five years in the production of diverse strategic plans that as tools, from the field of the administration, they try to happen between the use and the value of the territory in his cultural and natural dimension.The above mentioned strategic plans and / or the directors are thought as regulatory juridical and political frames of the States, having in it counts the territorial and environmental arrangement of the same ones, since his results must point at the protection of the natural and cultural spaces. …”
