“…Currently, part of this collection is deposited in the National Jesuit Museum of Jesus Maria, where Dreidemie acted as director (1946-1969), while another part had been lost, as the Jesuit moved it to an institution that ceased to exist decades ago, namely the archaeological laboratory attached to the Observatory of Cosmic Physics in San Miguel, Buenos Aires, where he worked as Chief of Publications (1948-1957). After intense and diverse efforts, it was possible to locate the “lost” collection, currently deposited in the Campus Nuestra Señora del Pilar of Universidad del Salvador, Pilar, Buenos Aires, along with other materials from archaeological expeditions made by the Institute of Archeology (USAL), whose whereabouts were also unknown. …”
