Published 2015“…La incorporación de natamicina a la superficie de las películas de polipropileno, se realizó utilizando diferentes estrategias de inmovilización del antifúngico (a través de su inmovilización física y a través del recubrimiento con un barniz conteniendo al compuesto activo).Diferentes ensayos microbiológicos realizados en medios de cultivo, demostraron que aquellas películas con el agente activo inmovilizado físicamente y aquellas recubiertas con el barniz, fueron capaces de inhibir completamente el desarrollo de mohos y levaduras (Saccharomycescerevisiae y Aspergillus niger) sobre la superficie del agar. La evaluación icrobiológica final de las películas activas, fue llevada a cabo sobre la superficie de un alimento (queso fresco). …”
