All considered, we suggest that the historiography of the discipline is starting to explore new paths and themes that correlate with an anthropological field that reorients its practices and demands for recognition towards a broader space than the exclusively academic one. |

En este trabajo examinamos el Primer Congreso de Historia de la Antropología Argentina, celebrado en Buenos Aires en noviembre de 2018, desde una doble perspectiva: espacio sintomático de los clivajes del campo antropológico en transformación y ritual de interacción con efectos comunalizantes. En base al supuesto de que las transformaciones en la disciplina y la profesión se correlacionan con un proceso de expansión y complejización institucional, sostenemos que en el congreso dichas transformaciones se expresan como discusiones e incidentes que no llegan a poner en riesgo ritual la comunalización de los antropólogos. Examinamos en particular las instancias en que se manifiestan tensiones entre tradiciones subdisciplinares, entre antropólogos y sujetos de estudio, entre academia y “aplicación”, e inclusive, respecto de los consensos metadiscursivos acerca de la historia de la antropología. En vista de lo anterior, sugerimos que la historiografía de la disciplina está comenzando a explorar nuevas sendas y temas que se correlacionan con un campo antropológico que reorienta sus prácticas y demandas de reconocimiento hacia un espacio más amplio que el exclusivamente académico. Neste artigo, examinamos o Primeiro Congresso de História da Antropologia Argentina, realizado em Buenos Aires em novembro de 2018, a partir de uma perspectiva dupla: um espaço sintomático das clivagens do campo antropológico em transformação e um ritual de interação com efeitos comunalizadores. Com base no pressuposto de que as transformações na disciplina e na profissão estão correlacionadas a um processo de expansão e complexificação institucional, argumentamos que no congresso essas transformações são expressas como discussões e incidentes que não chegam a colocar a comunalização dos antropólogos em risco ritual. Examinamos, em particular, os casos em que as tensões se manifestam entre tradições subdisciplinares, entre antropólogos e objetos de estudo, entre a academia e a "aplicação", e até mesmo com relação a consensos metadiscursivos sobre a história da antropologia.
