We question on the efficiency of mediation as a response to family disputes, in terms of design and solution of the conflict raised: private -for the people in crisis- or public -for the Argentine legal system of regulation of family relations and the family in crisis in general-. Do also we question about the legislative reception of the method in our country in particular to family disputes and if possible from the legal rules to impose a qualitative change in the interpersonal relationships of the family system? We start from understanding family, the protagonist and target both the conflict and the impact; the crisis is opportunity of change and transformation, and resolution which is circumstantially capable of producing, design will determine the quality of the course of the system. |
