Reality of judicial mediation in Córdoba
This study, elaborated ten years after the implementation of the mediation system in Cordoba, seeks to determine the use of mediation and the knowledge of the system by the parties and lawyers who attend the Judicial Mediation Center of the city of Cordoba.
