Se analizó la incidencia de la inoculación artificial en el cultivo de maní (Arachis hypogaea L.) en un suelo Haplustol éntico de Manfredi, Pcia. de Córdoba (Argentina), evaluando nodulación y rendimiento del cultivo. Se utilizaron 4 cepas seleccionadas de diverso origen realizando 2 ensayos (Campañas 1977/78 y 1978/79). Se usó diseño de bloques al azar con 4 repeticiones no obteniéndose diferencias significativas entre tratamientos ni entre ensayos. Se concluye que tanto la nodulación como el rendimiento fueron similares en presencia o no de inoculación artificial.
