bibliotecas de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, pudiendo encontrarse colecciones
especializadas y actualizadas en todas las áreas del conocimiento; lo que permite una
amplia visibilidad y garantiza el acceso al patrimonio documental de la Universidad.
Se encuentra disponible para toda la comunidad académica: estudiantes, docentes,
egresados e investigadores.
Si formas parte de la comunidad de la UNC también podés solicitar préstamos de material,
a cualquier biblioteca universitaria, utilizando el servicio de préstamo interbibliotecario,
independientemente de la facultad a la que pertenezcas, la carrera que curses o la cátedra

During the following four decades since the return of democracy in Argentina, an attempt was made to institutionalize and give political parties the hierarchy they deserve as fundamental organizations of the democratic regime. Their rights were recognized and the State began to contribute to their financing, but regulations were also issued aimed at their democratization and transparency, seeking to restore the relationship with a citizenry that is quite distrustful of them. With the debate on whether or not to suspend the open, simultaneous and mandatory primary elections (PASO) at the national level, this article seeks to review the stability of the electoral rules at the subnational level that have accompanied the process of reestablishment and consolidation of democracy. In order to carry out such analysis we will take the cases of the Double Simultaneous Vote and the open primaries system, since both electoral systems also determined the way in which political parties had to select their candidates to run for office.
