Given this, university outreach was a viable tool that allowed us to respond to this situation that worried students, teachers and authorities. |

Estudiantes y docentes del quinto año de la carrera Lic. en Nutrición de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud perteneciente a la Universidad Nacional de San Luis, a causa de la pandemia por COVID-19 se vieron inmersos en una situación compleja y paralizante al mismo tiempo dada la imposibilidad para asistir a los Centros de Atención Primaria de Salud para la realización de la Práctica Profesional Supervisada de Nutrición en Salud Pública. Esta situación llevó a la búsqueda y evaluación de distintos escenarios y estrategias que pudieran constituirse en un campo de acción posible para que los estudiantes lograran acreditar conocimientos, desarrollar habilidades y destrezas que implica esta instancia de formación. Ante esto, la extensión universitaria resultó una herramienta viable que permitió dar respuesta a esta situación que preocupaba a estudiantes, docentes y autoridades.
