Perhaps the concept learned from the World Health Organization (WHO) defines it as: "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity", which was adopted by the International Sanitary Conference in 1946.in 1946, coming into force in 19481. However, this concept, which is not inclusive, has long been debated and discussed.Those of us who are coordinating this dossier are part of the health team, and despite our different backgrounds, there are some coincidences, such as what we have learned about the health system. As a reminder, here we will take the words of Cabreara de Para, A. (2010) "the health system of a country must articulate in it all the spaces where an individual can turn to when faced with a health problem".It is the result of the interaction of social, economic, political and cultural factors throughout history, in close relationship with social values". However, after years of practicing the profession, we position ourselves in the idea of the health field instead of system, this is proposedby Spinelli, H. (2010) who, when referring to "the concept of field, understands it as the convergence of actors, resources, problems and interests that make up a network of relationships, with relative autonomy, in which the different agents fight for the consolidation, or for the appropriation and predominance of one or more capitals". |

Al iniciar la escritura de esta presentación, en primera instancia nos parece atinado poder agradecer a quienes nos convocaron a esta aventura de escribir y coordinar este espacio de encuentro a través de las vivencias puestas en palabras de grupos diversos de nuestro querido país y de Latinoamérica.Es interesante poder compartir estas producciones en las diferentes secciones de la revista, plasmando situaciones acontecidas en un contexto tan particular como lo ha sido el 2020, un año enmarcado por la situación de pandemia, que nos interpeló en todos los sentidos, poniendo en primer lugar a la salud como uno de los valores fundamentales de la vida y parala vida.¿Qué es la salud? ¿Desde dónde respondemos este interrogante? Tal vez se viene el concepto aprendido de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) que la define como: “La salud es un estado de completo bienestar físico, mental y social, y no solamente la ausencia de afecciones o enfermedades” que fue adoptada por la Conferencia Sanitaria Internacionalen 1946, entrando en vigencia en 19481. Sin embargo, hace tiempo que se debate y discute sobre este concepto que no es incluyente.Quienes coordinamos este dossier, somos parte del equipo de salud, en nuestras formaciones a pesar de ser diferentes, hay algunas coincidencias, como por ejemplo lo que hemos aprendido acerca del sistema sanitario. A modo de recordar, aquí tomaremos lo expresado por Cabreara de Para, A. (2010) “el sistema sanitario de un país debe articular en él todos losespacios donde un individuo pueda acudir ante una eventualidad y es el resultado de la interacción de factores sociales, económicos, políticos y culturales a lo largo de la historia, en estrecha relación con los valores sociales”. Sin embargo, luego de años de ejercer la profesión, nos posicionamos en la idea del campo de la salud en vez de sistema, esta es propuestapor Spinelli, H. (2010) quien cuando se refiere al “concepto de campo, lo hace entendiendo como tal la convergencia de actores, recursos, problemas e intereses que conforman una red de relaciones, con autonomía relativa, en el que los diferentes agentes luchan por la consolidación, o por la apropiación y el predominio de uno o más capitales”. No início da redação desta apresentação, antes de tudo, parece apropriado agradecer àqueles que nos chamaram para esta aventura de escrever e coordenar este espaço de encontro através das experiências colocadas em palavras de diferentes grupos de nosso amado país e da América Latina.É interessante poder compartilhar estas produções nas diferentes seções da revista, refletindo situações que ocorreram em um contexto tão particular como 2020, um ano emoldurado pela situação pandêmica, que nos desafiou em todos os sentidos, colocando a saúde em primeiro lugar como um dos valores fundamentais da vida e para a vida.vida.O que é saúde e de onde respondemos a esta pergunta? Talvez o conceito aprendido da Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) que o define como: "A saúde é um estado de completo bem-estar físico, mental e social, e não apenas a ausência de doença ou enfermidade" que foi adotado pela Conferência Sanitária Internacional em 1946, que entrou em vigor em 1946.em 1946, entrando em vigor em 19481. No entanto, este conceito, que não é inclusivo, há muito tem sido debatido e discutido.Aqueles de nós que estão coordenando este dossiê fazem parte da equipe de saúde, em nossas formações apesar de serem diferentes, existem algumas coincidências, como o que aprendemos sobre o sistema de saúde. Como lembrete, aqui tomaremos as palavras de Cabreara de Pará, A. (2010) "o sistema de saúde de um país deve articular nele todos os espaços onde um indivíduo pode ir quando confrontado com um problema de saúde".espaços onde um indivíduo pode ir no caso de uma eventualidade e é o resultado da interação de fatores sociais, econômicos, políticos e culturais ao longo da história, intimamente relacionados aos valores sociais". Entretanto, após anos de prática da profissão, nos posicionamos na idéia do campo da saúde ao invés do sistema, isto é proposto por Spinelli, H. (2010).por Spinelli, H. (2010) que quando se refere ao "conceito de campo, ele o faz entendendo como tal a convergência de atores, recursos, problemas e interesses que formam uma rede de relações, com relativa autonomia, na qual os diferentes agentes lutam pela consolidação, ou pela apropriação e predominância de uma ou mais capitais".
