description Community and institutional linkage is essential to favor the approach and overcoming of social problems in different areas of our environment, highlighting the political interference of the FHyCS of the UNJu, understood from the transforming commitment, and linked to the deepening and complexity of understanding of the local reality, to base interventionstrategies in concrete situations. From this perspective, the experience of extension practices is part of the project called “The school as a builder of preventive scenarios for addictions and promoter of capacities for life” 2019-2020 and responds to the objectives of the Call “University extension to 100 years of the 1918 Reform “of the FHYCS of the UNJU. It should be noted that it is considered as antecedent for the identification of intervention problems, the field work carried out by students of the Institutional Analysis chair applied to the field of Health of the Professors in Health Education career in an Educational Center for Youth and Adults of the town of San Salvador de Jujuy in the year 2018-2019. In this sense, we are faced with a complex situation of helping, through Institutional Analysis, the actors to become aware of the imbalance in the analysis of daily life in educational, health and socio-community institutions.Faced with the re-knowledge of the problematic substance use problem, the expressionist team proposes to implement four specific plans of participation in topics of a preventive nature of addictions, contributing to the development of personal capacities of the students and from the Health Promotion, From an Intercultural approach, strengthen the subjectivity of the student and contextual population as a whole.

La vinculación comunitaria e institucional es imprescindible para favorecer el abordaje y superación de problemáticas sociales en distintos ámbitos de nuestro medio, resaltando la injerencia política de la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de Jujuy (FHyCS, UNJu) entendida desde el compromiso transformador, y vinculada a la profundización y complejización en la comprensión de la realidad local, para fundamentar estrategias de intervención en situaciones concretas. Desde esta perspectiva, la experiencia de prácticas extensionistas se enmarca en el proyecto denominado “La escuelacomo constructora de escenarios preventivos de las adicciones y promotora de capacidades para la vida” 2019-2020 y responde  los objetivos de la Convocatoria “La extensión universitaria a 100 años de la Reforma de 1918” de la FHyCS de la UNJu.Cabe destacar que se consideran como antecedente para la identificación de problemáticas de intervención, los trabajos en terreno realizados por estudiantes de la cátedra Análisis Institucional aplicado al campo de la Salud de la carrera Profesorado en Educación para la Salud en un Centro Educativo para Jóvenes y Adultos de la localidad de San Salvador deJujuy en el período 2018-2019. En este sentido, nos encontramos frente a la situación compleja de ayudar a los actores, a través del Análisis Institucional, para que tomen conciencia desajuste del análisis sobre la vida cotidiana en las instituciones educativas, de salud y socio-comunitarias.Ante el re-conocimiento de la problemática consumo problemático de sustancias, el equipo extensionista se propone implementar cuatro planes específicos de participación en temáticas de índole preventiva de las adicciones, aportando al desarrollo de capacidades personales de los estudiantes y, a partir de la Promoción de la Salud, desde un enfoque intercultural, fortalecer la subjetividad de la población estudiantil y contextual en su conjunto. A ligação comunitária e institucional é essencial para promover a abordagem e superação de problemas sociais em diferentes áreas de nosso ambiente, destacando a interferência política da Faculdade de Humanidades e Ciências Sociais da Universidade Nacional de Jujuy (FHyCS, UNJu) entendida a partir do compromisso transformador, e ligada ao aprofundamento e compreensão complexa da realidade local, para apoiar estratégias de intervenção em situações específicas. A partir desta perspectiva, a experiência das práticas extensionistas é enquadrada no projeto chamado "A escolacomo construtor de cenários preventivos de vícios e promotor de habilidades de vida" 2019-2020 e responde aos objetivos da chamada "A extensão universitária 100 anos após a Reforma de 1918" da FHyCS do UNJu.Deve-se notar que é considerado como antecedente para a identificação de problemas de intervenção, o trabalho de campo realizado pelos estudantes da Análise Institucional aplicada ao campo da Saúde da carreira de Professor de Educação em Saúde em um Centro Educacional para Jovens e Adultos na cidade de San Salvador de Jujuy no período 2018-20120.
