Este artículo analiza los procesos de justificación que constituyeron el Programa Nacional de Reparación Histórica para Jubilados y Pensionados presentado en la Argentina para resolver el problema de la falta de reajuste en las jubilaciones y pensiones ocurrido entre 2002 y 2006. Sobre la base de la teoría de la justificación de Boltanski y Thévenot, se busca contraponer la visión del gobierno, que presentó la iniciativa como un compromiso entre el mundo industrial y el mundo cívico, y la de la oposición, que denunció al compromiso como un mero acuerdo. Por lo tanto, se muestra cómo la política argentina, en más de una década, no fue capaz de llegar a una solución compartida de cómo resolver el problema. Este artigo analisa os processos de justificação que constituíram o Programa Nacional de Reparação Histórica de Aposentados e Pensionistas apresentado na Argentina para solucionar o problema da falta de reajuste nas aposentadorias e pensões ocorrido entre 2002 e 2006. Com base na teoria de Boltanski e Thévenot busca a justificação opor-se à visão do governo, que apresentou a iniciativa como um compromisso entre o mundo industrial e o mundo cívico, e a da oposição, que denunciou o compromisso como um mero acordo. Assim, mostra como a política argentina, em mais de uma década, não conseguiu chegar a uma solução compartilhada de como resolver o problema.
