No es, propiamente, una monografía completa la que entiendo presentar, ni mucho menos exponer principios capaces de desvirtuar las conclusiones a que han llegado la mayor parte de los internacionalistas argentinos; me propongo tan solo exponer algunas consideraciones que se me han presentado al espíritu después de la lectura del fallo a que me refiero en el curso de este escrito y añadiré, si fuera necesario, que al hacer la crítica del fallo y emitir mis ideas al respecto, no me cabe la intención de ofender ni al magistrado que la dictó, ni a la Nación Argentina en la que vivo, gozando de la hospitalidad que generosamente me brinda. Permanezco, pues, en el puro campo de las disquisiciones doctrinarias.
