Then the following studies were conducted: item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability, and predictive validity of choice goals. The results show how a 6-factor solution is viable for our population. The internal consistency of the six factors was appropriate. Studies were conducted predictive validity in relation to the intention of choice runs. In the latter study, between 22% to 40% of the career goal choice variance is explained by the independent variables. Overall, the results are encouraging and can be considered an acceptable option to measure professional interests. |

En el presente trabajo se propuso como objetivo evaluar las propiedades psicométricas de la sección de Actividades (Forma Fácil) del Self-Directed Search (SDS-E). Para cumplir con este objetivo se administraron el SDS-E y el Cuestionario de Intenciones de Carrera a 340 estudiantes de último año de la escuela media (nivel Polimodal), de la ciudad de Córdoba. Luego se realizaron los siguientes estudios psicométricos: análisis de ítems, análisis factorial exploratorio, confiabilidad, y validez predictiva de metas de elección. Los resultados muestran cómo una solución de 6 factores es viable para nuestra población. La consistencia interna de los seis factores fue adecuada. Se realizaron estudios de validez predictiva en relación a la intención de elección de carreras. En este último estudio, las seis escalas del SDS explicaron entre un 22% a un 40% de la varianza de las metas de elección. En general, los resultados alcanzados son alentadores y puede considerarse una aceptable opción para medir los intereses profesionales.
