The university function that proposes the interaction of knowledge, of social actors, of experiences and experiences, possesses an infinite wealth that is difficult to understand by people who have not experienced such journeys.
This is a brief summary of the experience, narrated by the teacher who is learning, and relates the creation, execution and closure of an extension project within the framework of the University of the Republic, School of Medicine - School of Midwives. Based on the emergence in the Sexology class of the Obstetrician-Midwife career, on sexual health care for lesbians in particular, and women who have sex with women in general, a plan of action was drawn up together with students and the population (women who have sex with other women), which determined a health awareness and promotion campaign.
As a result of the experience of working with lesbian and bisexual women who participated in the project as advisors and the inter-university work, a series of "productions" were developed with which an information and awareness campaign was carried out for the general population. The main teaching and reflection determined that in assistance and education on sexuality, actions should be oriented according to sexual practices, independently of the sexual orientation of the people, a really valuable aspect at the time of demolishing the discursive strategies that are reproduced from the prevailing patriarchal hetero-normality. |

El origen de un proyecto de extensión universitaria es la punta del hilo donde comienza la experiencia extensionista que trae aparejado un sinfín de enseñanzas que pueden proponerse, sin conocer a ciencia cierta su contenido y resultado final. La interacción que se da en el proceso no puede ser organizada, pautada ni forzada, simplemente ocurre, es decir, fluye en todas las direcciones. La función universitaria que propone la interacción de saberes, de actores sociales, de experiencias y vivencias, posee una riqueza infinita que es difícilmente comprendida por las personas que no han experimentado tales recorridos. Este es un breve recorte de la experiencia, narrada por la docente que aprende, relata la creación, ejecución y cierre de un proyecto extensionista enmarcado en la Universidad de la República, Facultad de Medicina - Escuela de Parteras. A partir del emergente en la clase de Sexología de la carrera Obstetra Partera, acerca del cuidado de la salud sexual de lesbianas en particular, y mujeres que tienen sexo con mujeres en general, se elaboró junto a estudiantes y población (mujeres que tienen relaciones sexuales con otras mujeres), un plan de acción que determinó una campaña de sensibilización y promoción en salud. Como resultado de la experiencia del trabajo con mujeres lesbianas y bisexuales que participaron en el proyecto, a modo de asesoras, y el trabajo interuniversitario, se elaboraron una serie de “producciones” con las que se realizó una campaña informativa y de sensibilización dirigida a la población en general. La principal enseñanza y reflexión determinó que en la asistencia y educación en sexualidad las acciones deben ser orientadas según las prácticas sexuales, independientemente de la orientación sexual de las personas, aspecto realmente valioso a la hora de derribar las estrategias discursivas que se reproducen desde la hetero- normatividad patriarcal imperante. A origem de um projeto de extensão universitária é a ponta do fio onde começa a experiên- cia extensionista que traz consigo infinitos ensinamentos que podem ser propostos, sem saber ao certo seu conteúdo e resultado. A interação que ocorre no processo não pode ser organizada, guiada ou forçada, simplesmente ocorre, ou seja, flui como a própria vida e em todas as direções. A função da universidade, que propõe a interação do conhecimento, atores sociais, experiências e experiências, possui uma riqueza infinita que dificilmente é compreendida por pessoas que não experimentaram tais rotas. Este breve resumo da experiência, narrado pela professora que aprende, narra a criação, execução e fechamento de um projeto de extensão enquadrado na Universidade da Repú- blica, Faculdade de Medicina - Escola de Parteiras. Desde o surgimento na aula de Sexologia da carreira de Obstétrica Parteira, sobre os cuidados de saúde sexual de lésbicas em parti- cular, e mulheres que fazem sexo com mulheres em geral, ele foi desenvolvido em conjunto com estudantes e população (mulheres que fazem sexo com outras mulheres), um plano de ação que determinou uma campanha para conscientizar e promover a saúde. Como resultado da experiência de trabalhar com mulheres lésbicas e bissexuais que partici- param do projeto, como consultoras e trabalho interuniversitário, uma série de “produções” foi desenvolvida com a qual uma campanha de informação e conscientização foi conduzida com o objetivo de população em geral. Os principais ensinamentos e reflexões determi- naram que na assistência e educação em sexualidade as ações deveriam ser orientadas de acordo com as práticas sexuais, independentemente da orientação sexual das pessoas, um aspecto realmente valioso na demolição das estratégias discursivas que se reproduzem da heteronormatividade patriarcal predominante.
