Se encuentra disponible para toda la comunidad académica: estudiantes, docentes,
egresados e investigadores.
Si formas parte de la comunidad de la UNC también podés solicitar préstamos de material,
a cualquier biblioteca universitaria, utilizando el servicio de préstamo interbibliotecario,
independientemente de la facultad a la que pertenezcas, la carrera que curses o la cátedra

This paper proposes to analyze the application and interpretation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child - specifically the principle of best interests - in Argentine jurisprudence on gestational surrogacy. For this purpose, we review sentences from different courts of the country from 2013 to 2018 and found that the principle of the best interests of the child is the main argument for authorizing a practice that is not regulated in Argentine law.
