The analysis will be about a specific design case called Network of schools that program: a shared challenge. The objectives are to design a collaborative network between educational institutions in Argentina that are integrating or intend to integrate computer science in their educational projects; to generate a space for exchange and joint construction on educational initiatives in the field of computer science addressed to the different actors of the education system (supervisors, directors, technical referents, teachers, technology coordinators, students and families), and being a continuous training space for management teams that lead such projects at different levels of the education system. |

Este artículo describe y analiza una propuesta de innovación educativa para la generación de redes de conocimiento, intercambio y colaboración. Propuesta que enuncia los componentes principales a la hora del diseño, implementación y dinamización de redes en entornos virtuales. El análisis versará sobre un caso concreto de diseño denominado Red de escuelas que programan: un desafío compartido. Los objetivos que se persiguen son diseñar una red colaborativa entre instituciones educativas en Argentina que estén integrando o tengan la intención de integrar las ciencias de la computación en sus proyectos educativos, generar un espacio de intercambio y construcción conjunta sobre iniciativas educativas en el campo de las ciencias de la computación dirigida a los diferentes actores del sistema educativo (supervisores, directores, referentes técnicos, docentes, coordinadores tecnológicos, alumnos y familias), y ser un espacio para la formación continua de equipos de conducción que lideran dichos proyectos en diferentes niveles del sistema educativo.
