Description
Summary:This paper presents a study about a blended learning course for continuous training in a work training center in Colombia. The methodology was quantitative, non- experimental design; the sample was 40 students. Treatment or intervention was a blended course, and two questionnaires were used data collecting tools. The analysis focused on investigating the experience of students in the blended course; this was useful in guiding the actions of the institution for permanent implementation of the modality. The findings show a high level of acceptance of the modality by students, demonstrating satisfaction at having achieved their goals in the course and achieving good grades. Also, an important discovery was to understand the crucial role of the teacher to the success of an innovative educational model.
