description The objective of the present work is to analyze the political, social and economic impact of Public Private Associations (PPPs) in the public sector of Mexico. The research will be descriptive and documentary. The economic reforms in Mexico will be documented and described from the 1990s to the present, as well as a quantitative analysis of the types of projects and companies that dominate the PPP´s market in Mexico, data on public indebtedness and qualitative information of the most representative cases of political corruption and labor subcontracting. Among the main findings found is that investments in the public sector through these schemes have gained spaces corresponding to public functions, particularly the State perform. This political agenda of privatization has had negative consequences in Mexico, due to the multiple cases of corruption, labor subcontracting and public indebtedness.

El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar el impacto político, social y económico de las Asociaciones Público Privadas (APP´s) en el sector público de México. La investigación será descriptiva y documental. Se documentarán y describirán las reformas económicas en México desde la década de los noventa a la actualidad, asimismo se realizará un análisis cuantitativo de tipos de proyectos y empresas que dominan el mercado de APP´s en México, datos de endeudamiento público e información cualitativa de los casos más representativos de corrupción política y subcontratación laboral. Dentro de los principales hallazgos encontrados es que las inversiones en el sector público a través de estos esquemas han ganado espacios que corresponde a las funciones públicas, particularmente el Estado mexicano realizar. Esta agenda política de privatización ha tenido consecuencias negativas en México, debido a los múltiples casos de corrupción, subcontratación laboral y endeudamiento público.
