The Argentine case is not the exception. In the last decade years our pension system has experienced a lot of reforms. This working paper will try, as main objective, to provide an overview of the current situation of Argentine´s pension system and analyze its performance in the medium term, from a perspective of international comparison, analyzing how was, in other countries the resolution of the problems that we will have inexorably to face in the next years, such as loss of the demographic dividend and the increasing deterioration of ANSES´s fiscal accounts. |

En los últimos años distintos fenómenos como el envejecimiento poblacional y la crisis económica-financiera internacional han obligado a los países a reconsiderar el rol de la previsión social. El caso argentino no es la excepción. En la última década nuestro sistema previsional ha experimentado una enorme cantidad de reformas. Este documento de trabajo buscará brindar un panorama de la situación actual del sistema previsional argentino y analizar su desempeño en el mediano plazo, desde una perspectiva de comparación internacional, analizando cómo fueron saneados en otros países los problemas que deberemos enfrentar en el futuro como la pérdida del bono demográfico y el creciente deterioro de las cuentas fiscales de la ANSES.
