La perspectiva de este escrito propone pensar los síntomas de la época a partir de lo que Shame nos enseña sobre lo que se nomina como “adicción sexual”. La dimensión del cuerpo, la satisfacción y el goce es abordada desde una lectura del desorden en lo real, producto de los efectos del capitalismo y la ciencia. El autor recorta y trabaja detalles del film que versan sobre las soledades contemporáneas y transmite lo que la clínica lacaniana puede decir sobre ello.
