description Behavioural sciences are increasingly present in our contemporary world. Broadly speaking, they can be defined as a transdisciplinary field that studies behaviour, both human and animal, from different theoretical and methodological perspectives. Among the disciplines that make up this transdisciplinary field are psychology, psychobiology, neurosciences, anthropology, sociology and ethology, among others. The Revista Argentina de Ciencias del Comportamiento has published since its origins a good representation of the studies that are included thematically within the spectrum of behavioral sciences, although of course, it does not cover them completely. (Ed. Note: The first paragraph is included as an abstract).
