El nuevo Código Civil Italiano, del 16 de marzo de 1942, trata con el mayor interés la materia relativa al trabajo agrícola, en su más amplia extensión. En efecto, las correspondientes disposiciones no sólo han constituido el resultado último de largas y apasionadas discusiones de parte de los juristas, y los representantes de los agricultores, sino que también están manifiestamente inspiradas en principios de justicia y equidad tendientes, sobre todo, a fomentar, en lo posible, el progreso técnico de la agricultura. No creo, por lo tanto, engañarme, al suponer que pueda interesar a los argentinos, a quienes toca la suerte de vivir en un país tan agrícola como el suyo, un breve informe acerca de las más notables de esas normas.
