Summary:SUMMARY: In a globalized market, the success of organizations regardless of what size they have, where they are located, lies in how people play together to achieve goals. Achieving or not, depends on how satisfied they are with their work and with the organization, that its to say the politics, culture, norms and values, etc. People are what make the best or worst performance. These individuals or groups respond to external stimuli denoting their performance. For this reason the people who manage human resources should be investigated within the group, what their behavior and what motivate them to do things right, their needs and expectations. Success starts from people, in that they have the capacity and ability to perform activities within their workplace, as well as tools, necessary knowledge are provided for proper performance. For this there are incentives that can be applied at different levels of hierarchy and in turn making segmentations by age or other variables. The implementation of an incentive system in the organization must be accompanied with a good management of human resources to achieve synergy and achieve optimal results for the defined strategy.
