Os padrões de ética em pesquisa são explicitados nas políticas editoriais de periódicos de ensino de física? = are the standards of research ethics made explicit in the editorial policies of physics education journals?

Apresentamos os resultados de um estudo que teve por objetivo analisar como os periódicos indexados da área de Ensino de Física abordam as questões de ética em suas políticas editoriais. Procuramos responder as seguintes questões: a) Qual é a política editorial dos periódicos no que tange as boas práticas para a conduta ética e para as más condutas científicas? e, b) Quais as maneiras de retratação para as más condutas científicas nas políticas editoriais? Partimos da constatação da ausência, na literatura científica da área, de estudos com esse foco de análise. Os resultados obtidos mostram que 12 (57,1%) dos periódicos, ou seja, mais da metade, não apresenta nenhuma referência sobre ética em suas políticas editoriais. Identificamos que menos da metade das revistas analisa-das, apenas 10 (47,6%), apresentam as más condutas científicas incluídas de maneira explicita em suas políticas editoriais. Percebemosque as questões éticas nas políticas editoriais dos periódicos analisados ainda é são pouco explicitadas.
We present here the results of a study that aimed to analyze how indexed journals in the area of Physics Education address ethical issues in their editorial policies. We seek to answer the following questions: a) What is the editorial policy of journals regarding good practices for ethical conduct and poor scientific conduct? and, b) What are the ways of retraction for the bad scientific conduct in editorial policies? We started from the observation of the absence of studies with this focus of analysis in the scientific literature of the area. The results show that 12 (57.1%) of the journals, that is, more than half, have no reference to ethics in their editorial policies. We identified that less than half of the journals analyzed, only 10 (47.6%), present poor scientific conduct included explicitly in their edito-rial policies. We realized that the ethical issues in the editorial policies of the journals analyzed are still little explicit.
