Walter Trier

Walter Trier Walter Trier (25 June 1890 – 8 July 1951) was an illustrator, best known for his work for the children's books of Erich Kästner and the covers of the magazine ''Lilliput''. He was born in Bohemia, later moved to Germany and then emigrated to Canada. He also lived for a time in the United Kingdom. Provided by Wikipedia
