Santiago Schnell

Santiago Schnell FRSB FRSC is a Venezuelan-born scientist and academic administrator. He is the Provost of Dartmouth College, where he also holds appointments as Professor of Mathematics in the School of Arts and Sciences, Adjunct Professor of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, and Adjunct Professor of Biomedical Data Science at the Geisel School of Medicine.

Prior to his appointment at Dartmouth, he served as the William K. Warren Foundation Dean of the College of Science at the University of Notre Dame. . Earlier in his career, he held faculty appointments at the University of Michigan, where he was Chair of the Department of Molecular & Integrative Physiology and the John A. Jacquez Collegiate Professor of Physiology, and at the University of Oxford as a Junior Research Fellow at Christ Church. Provided by Wikipedia
