José Luis Cantilo

Cantilo c. 1930 José Luis Cantilo (6 February 1871 – 11 October 1944) was an Argentine diplomat and politician of the Radical Civic Union. He served both as ''intendente'' (mayor) of the City of Buenos Aires and as governor of Buenos Aires Province during the 1920s. From 1936 to 1941, he also served as a National Deputy and as President of the Chamber of Deputies. Provided by Wikipedia
